Our vision is to revolutionise how Debt Capital Markets operate.
At Inveztor™, we are developing a simple, efficient and collaborative digital platform for issuing and maintaining European debt securities. The UK based platform transforms DCM infrastructure by connecting the network of market participants, digitizing and streamlining processes while enhancing operational functionality. It essentially acts as a digital agent, operating functions from contract creation, to account opening to fund transfers. It enables issuers to create and manage securities in a real-time, open and transparent environment, resulting in a transformational client experience.

Katee Hunter
CEO & Co-Founder
Katee founded Inveztor Ltd after previously holding senior M&A consulting roles at PwC in the UK & North America. Katee has advised multiple Fortune 500 clients on global integrations & carve-outs operating in banking & technology. Katee launched her international career working in Statistical Analysis for Nielsen & was instrumental in building an award-winning start-up in New Zealand.
Katee holds a Masters in Finance from HEC Paris / University of Sydney.
Alastair Sharpe
CPO & Co-Founder
Alastair was previously a Vice President and EMEA Head of Design and Implementation at Deutsche Bank, with deep product knowledge in Trust & Agency Services. He led the development & launch of a new global platform & service architecture, covering 10,000 deals and 18,000 clients. Alastair holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Rupert Eastwood
Chairman
Rupert is an experienced early-stage technology & SaaS investor & adviser with a focus on fintech. Previously, Rupert was the founder & CEO of a global Asian equities broker that listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2006 and was acquired in a friendly takeover bid by China’s second largest broker, Haitong, in 2015. Rupert has a global financial services background in investment banking with an ACA from PwC.
Alastair Scott
Advisor
Alastair is an experienced C-Suite executive having led global functions in IT, M&A, & marketing within the Trust & Corporate Services sector. He is also an early-stage FinTech investor & advisor. Alastair previously held senior roles as CIO & Business Integration Director at Vistra and Group ICT Director at Intertrust Group. Alastair is highly experienced in managing integrations, having been involved in numerous M&A deals.

Marcus Everard

Marcus Everard, is an investor running his family office, Skye Capital. He started his career at Credit Suisse First Boston (now Credit Suisse), retiring in 2001 when he was managing the firm’s Asia and emerging market business.
Through Skye and associated companies he has significant interests in various private businesses covering amongst others: Tech services, Data Storage, the Legal profession, Loan Servicing/Administration, Prop-Tech, Fin-Tech/Insurance. In addition he is active in real estate where he manages a portfolio of owned properties in Scotland, has developed a 105 unit condominium hotel in Hokkaido, Northern Japan and is currently developing a resort in Texas as well as a residential development in northern Japan. His family office is based in Hong Kong with a presence in Tokyo, London and Los Angeles. He is a graduate of Oxford University with an MA in Chemistry.
Philip Lynch

Philip Founded Stem Financial in 2013. Prior to founding Stem, he was an investment banker in Asia, Europe, US and Middle East, with 21 years at Lehman Brothers and subsequently 4 years at Nomura. Philip spent 20 years in Hong Kong working throughout Asia Pacific. He held senior roles at Lehman Brothers as Co-head of Asia Pacific Investment Banking 1999-2002, Head of European Financing (ECM, DCM, Lev Fin, Private Derivatives, Corporate Broking) 2003-2006 and Co-head of European Equities 2007-2008. While at Nomura he was CEO Middle East and Africa 2008-2009 and CEO Asia Pacific and Middle East 2010-2012
Martin Crawford

Martin is one of the most experienced corporate services executives in Asia. He founded Acclime with an aspiration of creating the premier corporate services firm in Asia. Martin was the Group CEO of Vistra from 2009 to 2018, where he built the firm from a small regional player to be among the top three global corporate services providers.
Prior to Vistra, Martin spent over 15 years leading medium and large companies across the Asia-Pacific region in offshore financial services, foreign exchange and asset management, with a particular emphasis on PE-owned portfolio companies. Martin holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of South Australia, and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland.
Selim Toker

Selim is a finance industry veteran, with over 30 years’ experience in Investment Banking and Fixed Income, across Marketing, Structuring, Trading and Technology.
Selim previous held senior roles at major international investment banks including Managing Director at UBS and Nomura.
After a long career in banking, Selim has transitioned to FinTech and is currently the Chief Strategy Officer for incard, a Fintech start-up delivering banking services to digital entrepreneurs. Selim holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, London.
