Tamara Box: Combining legal expertise in securitization, DCM, and technology, Tamara's background will be invaluable in navigating the legal complexities of growth and innovation in fintech. Tamara is a partner and formally Managing Partner, EME at Reed Smith, where she served on the global board for a decade. Tamara has twice been named a Financial News “50 Most influential Lawyers” (2022, 2023)
Ashok Aram: Ashok is the former CEO Deutsche Bank EMEA. Ashok brings a deep understanding of debt and equity capital markets, along with a strong grasp of commercial operations and international business. His insights will be crucial in optimising our financial strategies.
Jennifer Peve: A visionary leader in innovation and growth strategies, Jennifer's expertise will be instrumental in shaping our approach to market expansion, growth and clearing, with a focus on the US market. Jennifer is the former Global Head of Strategy & Innovation at DTCC.
Simon Hill: A seasoned legal leader with extensive experience in Corporate Trust & Agency and DCM, Simon's background strengthens our connection into the legal landscape. Simon is a former Senior Partner at Allen & Overy in the Corporate Trust & Agency Group within the firm's International Capital Markets Practice.
Varun Bery: Varun's background as Head of JP Morgan Private Capital Asia Group and founder of TVG Capital Partners brings a wealth of knowledge in capital markets, internationalization, investment, and corporate structuring. His expertise will be instrumental in guiding our growth strategies on a global scale.
Heather Rees: Heather's extensive experience in DCM and legal counsel for cross-border financing and high-yield transactions will be a tremendous asset as we expand our offerings. Heather is a Partner at K&L Gates and former Partner at White & Case.
Alastair Scott: Alastair's experience as CIO at Vistra Group positions him perfectly to advise us on leveraging technology within DCM and building a strong foundation.
