Inveztor Raises £1.3M in 2 x Oversubscribed Pre-seed Round

London based startup Inveztor™ has announced the successful completion of their first funding round, raising a total of £1.3M from a group of angel and institutional investors.

The round was more than two times oversubscribed and generated significant interest in the market, closing with a total of 17 investors including, Marcus Everard (via private family office Skye Capital), direct investment company StemFinancial, venture capital fund Portfolio Ventures, and several angels including Philip Lynch and Rupert Eastwood.

Inveztor has generated significant interest amongst financial institutions and law firms operating in DCM, securing key clients, establishing partnerships and creating strategic alliances. Speaking in relation to the recent fundraising round CEO and founder Katee Hunter said, “What is really positive about the raise is that we managed to bring together a remarkable group of investors. It's encouraging for an early stage FinTech to have such a powerful investor group with such valuable experience”.

Katee added, “Each shareholder brings individual skill sets and experience that collectively covers the key aspects of the bond agency business specifically, and start-ups more generally, which gives Inveztor significant strategic advantages. We’re looking forward to working closely with each of our shareholders as the company grows and as we prepare for the launch of our MVP in September”.

The round was led by investment from:
